DETROIT, MI, August 1, 2024 - Xenith would like to welcome our latest NIL athlete, Prince Amari Aminu, to our team of Xenith Playmakers. These talented individuals exemplify excellence in sportsmanship, performance, and leadership. Representing a diverse range of backgrounds, each Playmaker has their own unique experiences and stories to tell. As ambassadors, they not only showcase the quality and performance of Xenith products but also inspire the next generation of athletes by demonstrating what it means to be a leader.
Prince grew up in Atlanta, Georgia where he first started playing football when he was six years old. Prince has been turning heads recently as the quarterback for the Huncho Elite 7v7 Program, showcasing his dual threat capabilities, maturity and knowledge of the game, and poised demeanor well beyond his years.
This season, Prince will be entering his freshman year at Woodward Academy - one of the top private schools in Georgia, and one with a renowned history of success on the football field.
“It’s truly a blessing to be partnered up with the brand that I wore throughout my entire career,” Prince said. “I got my very first pair of shoulder pads from Xenith, and I really thank the entire [Xenith] team for trusting me to represent the brand.”
“We’re very excited to get to work with Prince,” said Joshua DeOrnellas, Marketing Director for Xenith. “He’s one of those rare players who you can just tell from being around and talking with him, that he’s got what it takes to succeed and the ability to play at any level. His maturity and passion for being a leader is something that doesn’t come along very often, and we believe Prince is the perfect example of what it means to be a ‘Xenith Playmaker.’”
Prince has a strong arm and elite-level precision throwing the football. As a dual threat quarterback, he consistently delivers throws to his receivers with pinpoint accuracy, while also demonstrating agility and mobility to get outside the pocket and cause havoc for the defense.
Prince’s exceptional talent and maturity, both on and off the field, have resulted in three college offers before he’s even stepped foot inside a high school locker room. He’s also taken home several awards from the numerous camps he’s attended throughout his career, including: Grady Jarrett Camp MVP (2020) Quincy Carter Camp MVP (2022) Born To Compete Leadership Award (2023) Born To Compete Quarterback of the Year (2024) Under Armour Camp MVP (2024).
