HELMET THAT SAVED THE SEASON
Ordered this helmet for my nephew who is in GA! With the pandemic this year he had to get his own helmet in order to play. Having just moved there from Texas finding one was hard. Ordered a white helmet to match the teams color. Also had to order a facemask to match. Came quick and was an absolute perfect fit. He said the fit was better than the temp Riddell helmet his coach was letting him use. Got this as it rates high on the VT helmet list. Nephew it barely feels like he is wearing anything on his head. Will definitely look to Xenith again if he or any other player I know needs a helmet.

AMAZING HELMET
My 9 year old son has been playing since he was 5, and over that time we have tried other helmets either issued by his league, or purchased by us. He has never been able to wear the "r" brand, and when he was little xenith didn't fit, so we purchased another brand. When he got older, he tried on a x2e+ again at a local store and LOVED it, so we ended up ordering one to get the color and options he needed. Now he will not wear another brand, and considering xenith is always at or near the top of the VT ratings, I don't know if I would let him. His comfort is what matters to him, his safety is what matters to us. These helmets are a must have!

Both of my boys have played tackle football and they love Xenith. Not only does my oldest notice the protection when making contact but the fit is more comfortable and as an added bonus he loves they way the helmet looks! We will be Xenith lifers! Cheers to decades of Xenith gear!

My 11 year old has been playing tackle football for 3 years now. The bigger he has gotten & the more competitive the leagues are, we decided the helmet he received from the team wasn’t going to work this year & with how hard he plays & the positions he’s in. We looked at Xenith because we liked his helmet he received but needed a newer nicer one, we needed to upgrade. I do say when we received it my 11 year old was so excited to wear it for his game! I love the customization process from choosing the colors he wanted, picking the face mask & the color chin guard he wanted. The helmet is well made & looked great. Overall working with Xenith from the beginning process to calling & making sure it’s certified & shipping I was very impressed with everything!

We were given helmets through our league but they were used and not quit up to my expectations, so we decided to get our own. My son loves his and says it’s very comfortable compared to the other (the chin strap especially)

My son has played competitive tackle football since the age of 5. The organizations we played for provided helmets, but we found Xenith fairly early on, and bought him one every few years as he grew. We feel that the Xenith is a safer helmet, by design. The design, also, gives youth players a little more "growing room" in each size, so you don't have to replace the helmet as often. My son is now age 13 and in middle school. In his first year playing for the school team, the coach told us that we could not provide our own equipment, and my son wore the school's helmet. For the first time, he took a hit that "rang his bell", and he had to set-out for a few plays, but had no other incidents that season. During the off-season, COMPLETELY UNRELATED TO FOOTBALL, my son collided with another boy while playing, and suffered a serious concussion and skull fracture. He had to have the fracture repaired with titanium mesh, and missed a month of school. Once healed, his doctors agreed that there was no issue with him continuing to play football, as he was now "titanium reinforced", though future concussions would limit his football career. There was NO WAY I was going to let him play again, unless the school agreed to allow us to put him in a Xenith helmet. As our son is the quarterback, middle linebacker, and field-goal kicker, the coaches agreed. When my son advances to play for the high school next year (and helmets go from white to black), Xenith will even paint his helmet for next to nothing, as part of their reconditioning. I was leery of him playing in a different helmet, but now I just put my foot down and say, "He ain't playing in anything but a Xenith!"

I purchased this for my son who has a narrow jaw line with a larger crown. League helmets were always looser in the jaw than I would like so I did my research and liked how the Xenith chin strap was part of the jaw pads. The design resulted in a tighter fit on my son's head. My son also loves this helmet, he says it's the more comfortable helmet he's worn. The only criticism I have of the helmet is the overall weight of it. It's heavier than its competitors. This doesn't bother my son, just an observation I've made.

COMFORT AND PROTECTION
I purchased this for my son based on other reviews and research. He has been playing youth football since the age of 4, and this is by far the most comfortable helmet that he has ever worn. There aren't any pressure marks on his head after practice, or a game. He hasn't complained about the weight, and really likes the fact that the system fits to him, and not the other way around.

My son loves this helmet! He says it is very comfortable and based on the reviews, I like the safety of it. The only issue we've had is the chin strap snaps. I have had to replace 2 of them, which fell out and a couple of the other ones are already rusting. We've only had the helmet since August and it is kept in his football bag when not in use.

HELMET FOR MY BOYS
My boys play For their high school JV team and unfortunately the equipment they were given was really old. I wanted them to be as protected as you can be playing football and after all my research this was the beat helmet I found. I had no idea Xenith even made helmets because as a kid all we had was Ridelle. Ordering it was simple and it showed up exactly as advertised. Took a couple weeks for them to get used to the fit but once they did they loved it. Good looking helmet too so all their friends were showing them love.

So far throughout my season I have had some head on colisions and fumble recoveries I've had to go for and the helmet really does well with those contacts! I currently play slot receiver, the helmet's weight is not an issue what so ever with every other receiver complaining about theirs I'm over here chillin. I have noticed that the helmet does get scratched up really easily. Even with that minor detail it is an excellent helmet and a few of my teammates have intrest in buying them.

Bought this for my son for 7th grade football. He complained about the school supplied helmet hurting his head. Looked up the Virginia tech ratings and bought him a Xenith. He love it. My son has used this helmet for his current season and he loves it. He loves the facemask and how comfortable it is for him..the chinstrap stays in place pretty well and its doesn't seem to get loose during the season like a lot of other types. His only complaint is that he says the helmet looks bigger than other brands so it makes his head look bigger lol.

My son was hit hard last season and received a concussion. For this reason i decided to do some research and go with a better helmet than issued. As they get older the hits get harder and it has saved him. He's had several hard hits as a receiver and not a concussion with this helmet. Thanks Xenith

I purchased this helmet for my son who plays for his middle school team. The helmet he was issued was old and certified. BUT I did not like the fit nor did my son as well. I did my homework and looked review the West Virginia study on youth football helmets and I was happy with the study. EASIEST HELMET TO FIT
As a coach, I've fit 100's of youth football players over the years and no helmet fits players as consistently as this one does. The custom fit chin strap system makes it so easy and the kids love how comfortable these are. This is the only helmet my son will wear. He prefers the way X2E+ fits over the (more expensive) Epic. Jaw pads adjust out if needed.

Just received my sons new X2E helmet. From the moment we put it on his head he referenced the comfort of his new lid. This is by far the best product on the market. The fully integrated, pully type system adapts to every shape of head and facial structure of a kid. The separation of the head from the shell allows for air flow in the the head area, plus a disbursement of energy upon impact. My boy plays RB/LB. He doesn't lead with his head but hits do happen. Since getting this helmet he has not asked to come out of a game. I can go on & on about this helmet but I'm gonna keep it short and sweet. Best helmet in my football career thus far. I've been playing since kindergarten and I just finished up my sr year.
