Austin Ekeler Foundation Donates New Gear to Inglewood High School Football Team

The Austin Ekeler Foundation in collaboration with the Los Angeles Chargers, teamed up to provide new football gear to an Inglewood, California high school football team in need of new equipment for the upcoming season.

Located a mile and a half away from SoFi Stadium (the Chargers’ home field), Inglewood High School was identified by the Chargers as a football program in need of an upgrade to their equipment room this season. So, it was a no-brainer for the Austin Ekeler Foundation and the Chargers to get involved, and help out a team right in their own backyard.

“The Austin Ekeler Foundation’s mission is to implement resources into different communities to help them reach their full potential,” Austin commented. “We’re thankful to the Chargers and Xenith for helping us empower the youth in our community through the game we love, and reflecting our commitment to uplift our local teams swiftly and effectively.”

The Chargers hosted Inglewood High School at their Training Camp in Costa Mesa, CA where they received a visit from Austin Ekeler and their updated football gear - which included 45 brand new Xenith helmets, plus cleats and gloves for each member of the team.
