AWESOME, LIGHT WEIGHT AND FREE MOVEMENT

Bought these for my son . He loves football and broke his collar bone and now has a plate and pins. The old pad he was wearing were so heavy and the coping around the neck was rubbing on the scar. He was so frustrated and ready to quit a game he loves. A friend said to try his Xenith pads. So glad we did , he loves them no issues at all . He said they don't interfere with movement and getting hit he doesn't feel a thing .He's out there full force again playing a game he loves. Very happy customer.

First of all, shipping was extremely quick! Shipped to us within 6 days!! The images on the website don’t do them justice! The quality is amazing and they fit like a glove! My son has never been more excited! They’re so much better than the pads they have provided though the school. Now, 3 other players have ordered the same ones! He loves how comfortable they are and how easy he can move in them! I hope they last a few years but if he grows out of them, we WILL be ordering again! Everything about the pads was amazing all the way from the look to range of motion. The only thing that I have a problem with is the look underneath a jersey I wear tight jerseys but the back has a curve besides of a flat back.

VELOCITY 2 REVIEW

I bought the velocity 2 football pads on Amazon. I’ve used these for my senior year of high school and simi pro. I for one love the design of the pads I kinda looks like something stright out of Batman it is a shame that you have a jersey. Theses pads work perfectly as skilled pads. They are very light. They allow for good arm movement. One thing I didn’t like was that these shoulder pads aren’t comparable with other backplates like schutt backplate so you have to buy xenith’ own plate but besides that in does it’s job as football pads highly recommend.

My 9 year has used xenith since he was 4. This is his second year wearing the xenith velocity’s. They have protected my son all around. They are pricey but worth every penny. I wouldn’t buy no junk to play tackle football.

These shoulder pads are great for my high schooler. You can tell that they are very durable and made with quality materials, My son says that his range o motion is much better and they fit much more snug then his old Riddell pads that the high school let him use. The sizing was right on point with my with our measurements and so far, I give this a 5 star review.

Read a lot of reviews before I made my purchase. When I got the package I thought it was only my backplate cause it’s so light. The size chart is spot on. The velocity 2 is one of the greatest pads I ever tried on. I can’t wait to play in them. As a LB these pads is what I’ve been looking for.

Let's start by saying Xenith ships quickly and you always get what you ordered. I just got thr Velocity 2 shoulder pads for my son. These are unreal how light they are. Incredibly compact as well. My son is pumped to get using em here in next couple weeks. He ran with em and did some drills wearing em and loves em. 2 Thumbs up

Its an amazing shoulder pad but If you have a loose jersey than it will sort of flap up when you run but other than that it’s feels amazing, I play WR and it really does give you full range of motion, I definitely recommend it for any type of position on the field especially skill positions I made a few tackles on kick off and I could barely feel a thing I also got tackled but the shoulder pads did an amazing job at keeping me safe on the field , overall it looks amazing, feels amazing, and has great protection all I need now is the xenith shadow xr helmet

My son has been using xenith since he was 7 and he's a sophomore in High school now and we still opt to buy new xenith equipment vs town or school equipment. Love the look and he loves the mobility and impact from these. We've bought so much I wish I worked there to get a bigger discount lol

I play QB and these pads are amazing. Great range of motion in the arms and perfect protection. I play against some big guys and I usually don't feel the hits.

WORTH EVERY PENNY

I really love these pads as a freshman on two teams im always on the road playing other teams so when I have to face very big opponents I want a pad that offers me great range of motion, cant feel any hit no matter how hard, and there a great price. When I got the box I had to check it to make sure there was actually pads in there that how light these pads are, and very low profile pad out there. Also they have never been HOT what I mean is if you have ever warn a pare of pads in the heat or just a pad that is stuffy you know how uncomfortable that can be but these pads are breathable after all games im soaking with sweat but never felt heat trapped in the pad. The only bad thing is that the pads only go up to XL which fits me perfectly and im 6'0 230 pounds but I can say that I will out grow these pads, and I know they offer big man pads but I prefer these pads so I wish they just offered at the least a size or two up Over all best pad ive ever had!!!!

THE SHOULDER PADS FIT GREAT

Great Black Friday Deal. These are great shoulder pads but they only sell youth at Dick's sporting goods. I ordered the varsity size online and the size chart was perfect. Quick on the delivery, too. My 14 year old will be able to use the large for at least a few years. No football now, but I walloped his shoulders with my fists and he said he can barely feel it.

My son keeps going back to the Xenith shoulder pads. He loves the compact size and the flexibility that they allow in all arm angles. He says if you just hand the ball of pads don't matter; but when you want to sling it, I'm wearing Xenith.

The shoulder pads were very light and breathable. They have great mobility for those of you who are skill position guys. Just a overall great fit. I do recommend if you are a smaller guy but pretty fit or have pretty big muscles for your size go up to a medium I highly recommend best shoulder pads on the market.

I love how loose the pads are yet has that cover on the sternum for protection. I always hated having tight shoulder pads. I used to keep them lose until I had someone's helmet hit my chest and ever since then kept them tight. This helps so much.

Bought 2 varsity shoulder pads in 2017. One for my son and one for my nephew. Great quality, lightweight, keeps them very well protected without compromising movement. They have now grown out of their first set and is currently waiting on their new set to come in. This year they asked to get helmets as well. Done! I feel a lot better knowing my kids are protected by Xenith. Mom Approved.

I cannot speak highly enough about these pads. My oldest son got a set as a Freshman in High School. Went all the way through Varsity as a Senior. Never suffered a single shoulder injury. At times he would say that he hardly felt the impact after getting these pads. My second son has worn a youth set for two years and is about to buy his first high school set. He has had the same experience. Both boys talk about how they look like "Batman" and they love the comfort, fit, flex, and feel. Best shoulder pads we have ever used or tried, and we have tried them all!

TRUSTED PADS

Best protection and weight without the bulk. I got these for my son after researching the Xenith Helmets and 2yrs of wearing the Z-Cool, not so cool. Velocity was more form fitted and less bulky than the Z-Cool without compromising protection. It kept him cooler under the Arizona summer sun while the outer hard shell protected him from the hits laid on him or him laying on others. My son played O-Line, D-Line, Linebacker, Running Back, and QB over the 2yrs he's had his Velocity. He's grown from a Medium to an Extra-Large and I haven't found a better set of pads that I would trust to protect him. Spend a little extra and get the back plate. It's worth it and it looks cool.

GREAT HELMET AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

My stepson bought his varsity helmet over a year ago. We sent to local dealer to get certified. They said cracked unrepairable need to buy a new one... I called xenith directly and spoke to Jim VanderSchaaf and he was amazing from beginning to end. He said helmet under warranty send to us it will be $45 to fix paint new padding everything. I didn’t believe it but sent it in. By the way the dealer who would not certify charged us $75 to say unfixable. He emailed me weekly with status. We just got the helmet back, it’s brand new inside and out. Thank you Jim for helping my stepson!

PERFECT FOR QBS
